I bought Cubase 10 on June 2nd.
I have recently received a dongle key but have not received a license serial code.
Inside the box, there was only a delivery paper and a dongle key.
I want you to solve this problem.

Isn’t the license activated on the USB-eLicenser already?
Can you see your Download Access Code in the email confirmation or in your MySteinberg account?
Maybe the explanation given here applies…

Yes that sounds like it explains the late delivery of the dongle but I’m pretty sure they don’t send out dongles with the acticvation key…pretty sure that comes by email.
Sorry about that… I guess I misread your post and was moreso looking at the thread subject. You definitely should have received your activation code by email.
