I don't have the crash dump folder (windows)

I wanted to send a crash dump file but I realized that I don’t have it in C:/documents/steinberg. Is there a way to repair this?

The exact path is:

%userprofile%\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps

Don’t you see the CrashDumps folder?
