I don't know how to get help in "My Support"

I can not activate my cubase ,and I can’t create a ticket in steinberg’s website.
Anyone knows how to contact them?

Steinberg only handles support for certain countries in Europe, find the distributor responsible for support in your country on this page.

(Or alternatively you can try to ask for help here by posting some more information about your problem. If you post images, remove all eLicenser/download/activation codes. Do note this is a user forum, not an official support channel.)
