Yesterday I’ve purchased the halion Sonic play workstation inside cubasis Android to find out that it’s a clone of the halion Sonic selection workstation, meaning I’ve now purchased the halion Sonic workstation for the second time which is not fair, Steinberg could have made it a free update for subscribers who have already purchased the halion Sonic selection and only include the expansion patches for purchase not this thing of making us purchasing the thing twice, now I’m not comfortable purchasing anything inside cubasis, I wanted to purchase the iconic sketch,velve and etude but after this incident It a red flag from me, this is unfair what am I going to do now with the halion Sonic selection since all it sounds banks are available in the updated halion Sonic play

We released HALion Sonic Play for iPhone and iPad to make a standalone workstation instrument available to AUv3 host users. Previously, HALion Sonic Selection was only available as a Cubasis in-app purchase.
HALion Sonic Play includes over 2,000 sounds (vs. 1,100 in HALion Sonic Selection), a dedicated arpeggiator, ADSR/amp controls, standalone app support, and AUv3 compatibility.
We also invested in bringing HALion Sonic Play to Android users, providing the same workstation instrument experience while replacing the former HALion Sonic Selection in-app purchase. Since Android does not support instrument plugins in the same way as iOS.

Regarding the additional in-app purchases, they are entirely optional.
