I’m trying to work with dorico 5 with my iPad and I cannot and I don’t want to pay again $150 if I pay already the full version to Steinberg

in iPad there is no dorico 5 any idea thank you

So you’re free to use it as the free tier.
Anyways, even paying the extra cost, it’s not on par with Pro, but with Elements. That’s the way it is. Feel free to protest :person_shrugging:

Except this version there is no pro version in iPad?

Nope.
What happened to the lower price with Namm? Is it already over? I think it was below 80$

The iPad version is a separate purchase from your computer Dorico v5 purchase.
The iPad version has options, free, full license or monthly/yearly subscription. You will see these options at the iOS App Store on the Dorico page in the “In app purchases” section.

FWIW, I have the paid version and I like it very much. Not sure the iPad would be really useful with more stuff (building expression maps??? Page templates with a machine that does not allow installing fonts???)
It’s a great tool to work on the fly and finalize on Pro when in front of the real computer :person_shrugging:

You have to determine what features you need to produce the music notation and PDF or aural output you want, then choose the best Dorico version to do this.
For anyone viewing this thread in the future and trying to decide, there is a comparison chart here:
