Hello!

I have ancient eMac, you know one of these:

I just bought UR22 and now I need to get it to work with this mac. What should I do?
Are there any freaking drivers for this old OS ?

Based on the listing of the oldest drivers it appears that the Steinberg USB driver only supports Intel Macs and the eMac is PowerPC so unfortunately there is no compatible driver.
