I just want to remove program changes in a midi file

But the Logical Editor is illogical ie,you need to be Einstein to use it.

Condition: Type Is | Equal | Program Change
Action: Delete

It seems very logical to me.

you could as well use the midi list editor, filter program changes and delete. i guess it is more intuitive (or “Newton” like compared to your Einstein comparison:-))
