I’ve just bought Cubase 12 update and I keep on getting error message saying that the latest elicenser Ive just downloaded is too old everytime I try to enter the activation code into the elicense program.
I’m using the latest windows 10 update. Please help

You are probably entering the Download Access Code in the wrong place. It goes in the Download Assistant.
It’s the Activation Code that goes in the Elicenser.
Ok. Now that I’ve got that sorted out it’s now saying that I’ve purchased an upgrade from Cubase 11 but I selected from Cubase 10.5.
Please help.
Go to the Steinberg Shop Support page and explain. You will get a refund for the unused activation code. Refer to the receipt to determine what you bought.

Please will you give me a link of where I can download Cubase 11. I did make a mistake downloading the 11 to 12 one.

I meant a link to purchase cubase 11 as a download.
It’s no longer for sale, since 12 came out. You should write to the shop, instead of assuming anything, they’ll help you sort this.
