I must be doing something stupid...

Hello all,

I’m new to Cubase, and I bought a Presonus FP10 with Cubase LE 4 included. I run on a Mac OS X (10.7.3). I recorded something with Cubase (after figuring out the Device Setup stuff), and I can see that I’m getting recorded waveforms in Cubase. When I double click on one of the waves and open it in the sample editor, it plays exactly as I would expect – through my FP10 outputs. However, when I’m in the normal project transport view, I can’t hear anything when I press the transport play button – it just glides over the waveforms and plays nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

Nevermind… it was because I had the monitor button depressed on all the tracks.
