Hello, i lost my soft-elicenser. How can i restore it? I have download-code and activation code (it was reactivate one times)

What do you mean by " lost my soft-elicenser", please? It’s a software, how could you lost it?

How does it look like?

Do you mean, there is no Soft-eLicenser in your eLicenser Control Center application? If this is the case, then install eLCC Helper, please. Then go thru the Reactivation process, please.

Then you probably got a new Soft-eLicenser Number. In this case, go thru the Reactivation process, please.
