I neeed to be able to write split tuplet

I have been trying to write split tuplets. for example i want to have a 8/20 bar where I write 8 16th quintuplets. the way it is handwritten by fernyhough for example. I do a workaround where I write two quintuplets 2x 5:4 and then split it at the 6th quintuplet 16th with a barline. but this messes up my playback whatever I write in the next bar has to be 3 16th quintuplets. is there any way to do split tuplets WHILE keeping playback accurate ?

But I’m not sure to understand what you’re describing after.

Tuplets across barlines work normally well in Dorico, including playback.
