I learnt this part of Cubase a couple of months back now and have been busy re mixing my instrumental tracks with volume automation. It’s great for creating dynamics in recordings instead of running through at one sound level. It also makes fade ins/ fade outs almost redundant. I’m using Elements 11 and my setup with an older win 10 laptop is very stable so I’m not planning anytime soon to upgrade. It does what I want as a non professional musician and that suits me fine.
I also love chord track / arranger track as a easy creative tool when you sit down without any pre planned ideas and end up creating something really nice.
