I was wondering, on this “Missing Ports” dialog, what the difference is between “Cancel” and “Ok” buttons - I can’t tell the difference in behavior? Also what does the column “Map always” refer to?

In the Mapped Ports column you can tell it to use a different Port instead (assuming other Ports exist to use). You can do that mapping for this single session, or if you enable it to Map Always then it will always do that mapping. I think this is on a Project by Project basis.
If you don’t change anything in the dialog then OK & Cancel would functionally accomplish the same thing.
