I only have one bar?

I only have 1 bar and it’s very confusing, please help!

Maybe you have accidentally zoomed in to the highest value as shown in this screenshot? (bottom right of the project window)

If so, either slide or use the minus (-) small button to have more bars shown.

You can also use the G key.

Also make sure, the project length is meaningful.
