I purchased Cubase 12 but cannot see it anywhere in MySteinberg portal

Every company that I have ever purchased products from has a tab that shows your purchase history. Not Steinberg or at least not that I can find.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

For example:
I have purchased many products and expansions and there is no history of it.
When Cubase 12 was released, I purchased an upgrade but I cannot see any history of this.

I am currently running Cubase 11 and decided to upgrade to 12 but cannot see any history of it.

Also, for context, I recently purchased Cubase 13 by error but there is no history of it anywhere.

I know there is a 3 Party system for purchases but where can I go to see this history?

I don’t think there is any way to view purchase history…as you know, until last year at least, they used a third party to deal with purchases. Once you redeem a code then you register your product with Steinberg and there is a record of it…before that it seems it’s only with the shop and only record you would have is your email receipt and redeem codes.

I was able to contact the online shop and received a refund promptly.
I had purchased Cubase Upgrade for 12 to 13 but then realized that I could not find the license for 12 anywhere.

I also tried to contact the Online Shop to get my transaction history but I cannot find things like order number and so on, and I ended up not completing the form because I do not have all of the require information.
