I really have one License for LE AI Elements 13

I wanted to download the free plug in “LOFI PIANO”, but Steinberg says that They don’t find my license. But I have bought Cubase Elements 13 before. What can I do? Thank You.

Hi,
please make sure to be logged into the correct account of yours. A lot of times, these errors have been related to a wrong emailadress.
If you open the Steinberg Download Assistent - do you see your Cubase license listed under “My Products”?
You can also check via “My Steinberg” or the “Activation Manager”.

The free LoFi Piano license is not related to your Cubase license.

Did you get it through this page … ?

Your post isn’t very clear. When do you get the “license not found” error?

What exact steps have you taken so far?

Just a quick note to say that licenses are not listed in the Download assistant. The items listed in “My Products” are those that have been redeemed using the Download Assistant.

Only the Activation Manager or one’s Steinberg Account list licenses and activations.

Sorry and thank you for you attention. I’ve found the solution.

Thanks, @steve ! I should have said Cubase version and not license. I got to take a mental note: The SDA lists all versions under “Products” with licenses that have already been redeemed here or elsewhere for this account.
Besides, LoFi Piano and Halion Sonic are both free. I was focussed on the OP’s ‘Cubase license not found’ issue and thus barking up the wrong tree.

My understanding is that the SDA shows only what was redeemed in the SDA. But If I’m wrong I’d want to know.

If I am not mistaken I redeemed a couple of licenses in SAM as well. They all show up in SDA.
Maybe, someone who’s about to redeem a new license can help us find out to be on the safe side.

Interesting. I have items that show up in the activation manager but not in the download assistant My Products section

Hi @steve ,
here, all licenses that show up in the Activation Manager are listed in the My Products section of the SDA, too. Besides, SDA lists all Cubase and Groove Agent versions within the new licensing system. I am still pretty sure that at least a couple of licenses were redeemed in the Activation Manager. Don’t they keep each other updated, anyways?

I have never heard of being able to redeem a license in the SAM  .
