I think I am missing a button!??! (More/Less button)

Hi,

I think I am missing a button in my version of Cubase 5 and 6.5 !??!
The " More/Less button" beneath an insert effect so you can edit some advance settings:

You see the “More” button on the left:

How can I activate this?!
