I have paid online to upgrade from LE10 to Element11
I don’t know why the result I got was Cubase LE11 version 11.0.40 build 446 -Sep.1,2021 in stead of Element11
Do you know how can i claim this with Steinberg.

A Download Access Code is a string of alphabetic and numeric characters divided into 5 groups with 5 digits each. Like:
12ABC-DEFG3-HI4JK-5L67M-8NO99
The Activation codes are 8 groups of 4 characters.
