I wanted to try HALion Sonic SE 3

I have HALion Sonic SE 3 activation code
I have HALion Sonic SE 3 Installed.

When you try eLicenser Control Center registration, you put In the activation code and nothing.
It says select eLicenser there Isn’t anything there.In the boxes

I know I install HALion Sonic SE 3 correctly.
So what’s wrong with HALion Sonic SE 3
