Is it just that one note? You could do it by Adding a Staff or Ossia above.
Am I right that it’s supposed to be the same player changing instrument? You could just do that.

Any reason you don’t just want to use a normal instrument change? You would have to do the label with text otherwise.

Your player is holding two different instruments. In Galley view, you see both staves. Write on the staff of the first instrument until it changes. Then write on the other staff. Watch how Dorico puts it all perfectly when you set the view to Page view now.
This is why you should enter notes in Galley view first.
