iC Pro work on iPad Air2 with iOS 11

When I boot iC Pro on my iPad Air2 I get an error message saying iC Pro needs to be updated.

When I go to the App Store and click on update for iC Pro, it just sits there and will not update.

I am on iOS 11.

Can anyone confirm iC Pro works on iPad Air2 ?

And does it not update simply because I have not installed iOS 12 ? I was reluctant to upgrade to iOS 12 because it is more than 1 GB.

Please double check that you have the latest available Steinberg SKI Remote version (1.0.8) installed on your computer.
