I installed Iconica last Thursday and signed up for a trial license, but never got a response. So I requested again, but still nothing. There are no mails about this in my spam folder, so probably something went wrong somewhere. I also asked about this on the Steinberg’s facebook page, but no response. Who should I contact about this?
Contact Steinberg phone support. I had the same thing with the Dorico trial. I never got the automatic email to get it started. The Steinberg rep told me they had a known issue with these sorts of auto-emails. He sent me one directly and it came right through.
