Hi~ I don’t know why the dynamics of these instruments are stuck at ppp if I use legato. Does anyone know what the issue is？

Exact same problem here.
The sound intensity for real woodwinds and brass instruments is controlled via the airstream. To keep the same form of expression for sustained notes (e.g. Sustain, Legato, …) the sound intensity is controlled via the modulation wheel.
Now it suddenly works - the dynamics follow the velocity of the notes. It was stuck before. Not about Mod Wheel.
