Iconica Sketch - Changing MIDI CC of dynamics

Hey everyone! I am new to the forums here so I hope to become more involved in this community.

I am currently working on a project in Dorico 5 Pro. It’s a choral SATB divisi score and I have set up Halion Sonic 7 so that I have 2 instruments playing for each voice part. I am using both the “Ooh Choir Pad” from the Sonic Selection and all the strings “Sustain Vibrato” patches from Iconica Sketch (voiced to SATB; Soprano=Violins, Alto=Violas, etc… )

My goal is to have a single Expression Map for my choral template that allows for dynamic control over both the Ooh Choir Pad and Iconica Sketch Strings Sustain Vibrato patches. The issue is that the choir and strings patches have different MIDI CC’s that control smooth dynamics. The Ooh Choir Pad uses velocity for the dynamic of the onset of the sound, and MIDI CC 11 for the sustained dynamic, allowing for playback of crescendos and decrescendos only through the use of CC 11. All of the Sustain Vibrato strings from Iconica Sketch use CC 1 (Modulation wheel) to control sustained dynamics. Normally in Halion Sonic 7, you can right click on any knob in a patch and select “Learn CC” to assign a new MIDI CC to control that knob. There is no option for this with the dynamics in Iconica Sketch. I know that in the Expression Maps, you can select to use 2 different CC’s to control dynamics but the issue is that for both of these patches, they use 3 total as I previously said. Those being Velocity and CC 11 for the Ooh Choir Pad, and CC 1 for Iconica Strings.

Is there a way for me to change which MIDI CC is controlling the sustained dynamics of an Iconica Sketch patch? Could I change it from CC 1 to CC 11 so that the Ooh Choir Pad and Iconica Sketch Strings can both playback full dynamics in real time?

If this isn’t possible, does anybody have any recommendations for me that might solve this issue?

Thank you so much!
