Iconica strings adding upper neighbor notes to every pitch

When I import XML (from Finale!) I get solo strings in HALion. When I change to Iconica (Vns, Vlas, Vcs) I hear solo strings with upper neighbor tones embellishing every. single note.
Any ideas?
