Hello,
I installed Steinberg download to install my Cubase 14 on my new PC. With the address 11@11xx I do not receive my verification code but with 22@22.xx I do receive it. However, later when I am in Cubase, you tell me that my download code belongs to someone else. Both addresses are indeed mine and the code as well. What should I do?

Avec l’adresse normsavard@hotmail.com,je ne recois pas mon code de verificationmais avec fullequipband22@gmail.com je le recois. Par contre par la suite quand je suis dans cubase,vous me dites que ce code de telechargement 112VA-NCKZN-KMZ5S-CTWH7-C01KP qui est le miens appartien a une autre personne.Les deux adresse c’est bien moi et le code aussi. Que dois-je faire?

This is a public forum, I would strongly advise not to post your emails and your download access codes here, you’d better delete them!
Also, the forum language here is English, while there are probably several french speaking people here, it is custom to either write in english or translate your french with the help of a service like deepl.com

As @fese already said please do not post email addresses here, because it is a public user forum and posting these addresses might lead to a lot of spam messages.

For your problem with the license you should create a support ticket, because users in this forum do not have access to the Steinberg internal system.
