ID3 Tag - Genres

This is a very minor point, I admit, but there is nothing resembling a “Holiday” genre in the ID3 Tag “Genre” list. A strange omission?

My memories are a bit faint on this one.
For the original MP3IDv1 tag some group of people defined a fixed list of genres. It seems Steinberg uses this list.
Either in v1 or later in v2 there was the ability to have user defined genres, but those reside only locally on the users computer.

Yeah, I noticed that too, “Holiday” isn’t in the ID3 genre list. For now, you can pick something like “Pop” or “Other,” or edit it manually after exporting.
