Cubase 8.5 > ID3 Tag > Genre, would be nice to have in alfabetic order., or customised, to write own genre titles.

This list is provided by the coder itself, not by Cubase. So the issue is on the side of coder.

Yes, but the presentation of the list to the User is within the remit of the GUI, i.e. you can make the GUI display a sorted list for user to select from?
