I’ve run into this a few times. I have some frozen tracks in a project. I forget. I want to add/cut bars using the range menu.
Oops! The tracks that are frozen don’t change and are now playing early/late. If you’re working on one part you might not notice for a while. Then too many undos have gone by and you have to fix it by hand.
I propose a warning when a range edit will add/remove time and a track is frozen.
