If I buy Cubase Artist 12, can I download and install both PC and Mac versions on my two computers?

I’ve been using Cubase Artist 6.5 on a Windows PC for a while, but now (eventually!) I need to upgrade my whole system. I plan to buy a new PC and I already have a Mac Mini. If I upgrade and purchase Cubase Artist 12 online, will I be able to download and install the Mac version on my Mac Mini, and then down load and install the PC version on a new PC? Thanks in advance.
