If I buy Cubase Pro 11 now, before 13th (?) of December, is an upgrade free?

Hello! As far as I know, there’s some discount week… or two, maybe.
So, if I purchase Cubase Pro 11 from, let’s say, thomann (they say it’s boxed — does it matter?), will I be eligible for a free update to Cubase Pro 12?

No it doesn’t.

Yes, you will.

The purchase date doesn’t matter. The Activation Code date matters for the Grace Period. But we are in the Grace Period already, so you will get Cubase 12 fo free, once this will be released.
