Can I choose, during Cubase 11 installation, to not install SpectraLayers One?
yes, it’s a separate download in fact I think you are better not to to. IIRC spectralayers defaults to the last installed version to use with ARA.
I just reinstalled the 7.0.2 from the download manager which is included in the update bundle and C11 automatically see’s the pro version , there is a thread about C11 ARA2 seeing the last installed version of SL so it’s safer to install the 7.0.2 if you have 7 pro
