If I uninstall and reinstall a plugin that is used in a project, will current parameters be lost?

I am having a bit of trouble with my Fabfilter Pro-Q3 and need to reinstall it. I have probably 100 instances in my current session - if I uninstall and reinstall, will all my EQs stay correct with the current bands once I reopen the Nuendo project?

In other words, will uninstall/reinstalling completely F me?

Nothing should be lost as the settings are stored in the Nuendo file.
Otherwise you couldn’t reload a project after re-installing you computer.
