If "Multiple Part Controls" is OFF, "Show Part Borders" will also be OFF

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open a MIDI part in Key Editor.
  2. Right click on the Toolbar, then make sure “Multiple Part Controls” is ON.

  3. Make sure “Show Part Borders” is ON.

  4. Deactivate “Multiple Part Controls” (Right click on Toolbar > Multiple Part Controls).
  5. Reopen Key Editor (close it, then open it again).
    Result: the part borders are OFF.

Can’t replicate it with Cubase 12.0.70 in MacOS Ventura 13.5.

It works fine in my macbook pro 15" 2021.
