Ignored Plug-In List Question

When WaveLab 9.5 scans my plugin folders, some of my favorite plugins are being ignored without my prompting to include them in this list. My screenshot shows Air Music Technologies “LOOM” plugin is not being installed. I have support tickets in with both Steinberg (no response so far) and Air Music Tech. No solution yet.

The manual discusses how to add plugins the the ignored list, but not how to remove. What is Wavelab’s criteria in making the decision to reject certain plugins and not others upon scan and startup?

The list of your picture, display plugins that refused to be loaded, for whatever reason (missing file, lack of license, 32 bit plugin, etc…)
If you think a new attempt should be done, select the file(s) from the dialog, and restart WaveLab.
