iLok manager vs. E-Licenser: any potential conflict?

Hi. I am working with Cubase Pro 8.5.20 installed under Win 7 Pro 64 bit and authorized through Steinberg’s e-Licenser.
In case I need to install iLok manager as well, should I expect any conflict?
Can the two softwares sit well together on the same system?
Any practical issue? Experience?
My system has been working flawlessly so far, I don’t want to get into a mess…

There should be no conflict. Have 2 machines with win 7 and i use ilok and elcc successfully
