iLok won't work as eLicensor ?

Do I understand correctly that an iLok dongle (like used for EWQL libraries) is different from
an eLicensor dongle and won’t work with Cubase, e.g. I must get a separate eLicensor dongle for
Cubase ? And do I also understand correctly that the aforesaid eLicensor dongle is NOT included
in an upgrade package from Cubase Elements to full Cubase 7 ?

ILok and eLCC= no go.

Not sure if the upgrade would contain a Dongle. It should as Elements uses a soft eCC scheme, IIRC. Goos Q for support.

The USB key is included in said update.
