When I click on Save or Load Insert Presets nothing happens. If I click on load Track settings, a list of track presets display but not my insert presets. Nothing happens at all.

would you be so kind and attach a screenshot that shows how you are trying to accomplish what? I’m not sure I understand how you do things.
Maybe you are referring to missing plugin collections?
