Please give us more information about your issue. You was never ever able to obtain sound or something changed?
Uploading your Dorico Diagnostics (which you can create from menu Help) here, would also probably help the Team to see what is going on.
Did you look at this two videos about Troubleshooting Playback?

Me parece que la única solución es conseguir a alguien que venga a mi casa a examinar el problema.

no worries, I will guide you through, it will only take some time.
First please do the following:
Start Dorico and create a new project from Solo Piano template. Then go to the menu item Help > Create Diagnostic Report, that will create a zip file on your Desktop. That zip file please attach to a response here.
The logs and things in the diagnostic file will give me a first overview and then I will come up with more specific advice.

Thanks for the diagnosticis.
At the time you created the diagnostics file, there was no VSTinstrument loaded, neither HALion Sonic nor Aria, so no wonder that no sound comes out.
Next please try: Go to the menu item Play > Playback Template and there choose Auto and see what happens. Does then sound come out?
If not, create a new diagnostic report and post here. Thanks

Noch eine Sache:
Meine HTML- klingen sehr gut in Dorio, aber die, die als Beispiel mitgeliefert werden, nur das Bach-Stück. Das Liszt-Stück klingt nicht. Muss man etwas tun? Es ist mir nicht so wichtig.
