i have a problem with import audio files:
The process is ok but the audio track and audio file not is present in the grid and in the pool .What’s the problem ???HELP me please

Could you provide more details, please?
What kind of file do you import? Is it WAV or MP3, FLAC or something different? How many channels, sample rate, bit depth, compression level…?
Are you on Mac or Windows?
Have you tried to import via File > Import Audio or drag and drop from the Finder/File Explorer or drag and drop from MediaBay?
