I’m having problems importing some files that don’t have header information, but the file names are nothing but the key name (A#3.wav). I’ve tried a zillion options on the importer but it always import across the entire key range instead of the root note. Even if I set it to fixed. Anyone else have this issue or can point me in the right direction? I’ve had luck with files that have embedded header info. I think this is the first time I’ve tried just a wave file with no sample info.
never mind, root key only wasn’t being updated on the range field for some reason, so the range kept getting applied. Not sure how I got it to finally get recognized as what I set, but the range finally grayed out and the import worked as expected.
