When I import a midi track from ezdrummer via drag and drop it also imports a signature and a tempo track. This changes the tempo of the project an the audio and midi tracks are not in line anymore. Is there a way, where I can import only the midi notes?
I did this in older versions without problems
Greetings Andi
yes. Probably set “do not ask again” for “import tempo from midi”. See preferences
I got no question, it automatically creates tempo and signature track and changes the tempo of the projekt
Go to preferences and messages and look, if you find an entry concerning MIDI import there.
This seems to be a bug. I just dropped a MIDI pattern from Groove Agent 6 (stand alone) into VST Live and the tempo changed without a warning. I also got a new tempo and signature track in that process. I don’t have “Don’t show again” set for MIDI imports. I will relay this to the devs.
Same here. It worked a 100 times before …
It’s confirmed. There should at least be an alert box.
I dont understand, I get the question-box when importing midi file
or this is strictly GrooveA pattern specific?
Folks, this is about Drag and Drop. It’s confirmed. So there’s no need for further discussion. Thanks.
thank you, can you also check why undone is not working in this case
greetings
Also in VST Live 2.2.120, even if you click “Don’t change the tempo” in the dialog box, it still changes.
Noted - and topic closed (please keep in mind that VST Live 2 won’t receive weekly updates anymore).
