I have imported a mp4 video to cubase. From an android phone to Imac (Sierra).
The video seems to have imported but states ‘Thumbnail deactivated’. Please see attachment for screenshots.
Have never imported or even looked at video in Cubase until today so potentially i am doing something obviously wrong. However, Steinberg states that mp4 is supported.
Any help would be appreciated as I want to start video recording some blues guitar jams and uploading them online.
