If I import any MIDI file (*.mid) into an existing arrangement, the part(s) cannot be moved, neither horizontally nor vertically.
Commands like CTRL-X or CTRL-V or resizing works. BTW, dragging from the explorer is also impossible…

Nuendo just had a hiccup for unknown reason (almost empty project). Restart solved the issue.
