Right now you have the trill interval set on Perfect Unison which does a bisbigliando on one single pitch (i.e. a trill between A natural and A natural instead of a trill between A natural and Bb). I think you want a minor 2nd and not a perfect unison, and to get the brackets you can go into Engrave Mode->Engrave Menu->Engraving Options->Ornaments->Trill Intervals and select the desired “Trill Interval Appearance”.
