Importing an xml file into the same flow

As far as I can tell, there might not be a way to do this:

In an existing Dorico file, create a new player and import the xml into that new player.

Why, you may ask…

I was given separate parts for a quartet that the conductor wanted a conductor’s score for. Using scanning software, I can create separate xml files for each of the four parts.

I could, of course, create separate dorico documents for each part, and copy/paste into a master document.

I was just looking into whether there was a simpler way with importing xml files..

IIRC each XML import would end up in a different flow. At that point the job is merely to copy/paste into the score flow and then clean-up.
