First I want to thank you for the great effort put into Cubase and Cubasis. Finally you did include tempo change. But, I can not imagine that is still NOT POSSIBLE to import into Cubasis a project from Cubase!! If, as you say the 2 are not compatible then create a translator for the programs!! In my understanding, the cubase import project does not import Cubase to Cubasis.
Please find a solution!!

No, this is the other way around. This imports Cubasis projects to Cubase. 
I’m afraid, there is no way back from Cubase to Cubasis.

Cubasis projects can be imported to Cubase via the freely downloadable Project Importer extension. Its features and limitations are described in the following article: About the Cubasis Importer
Cubasis for iOS and Android and Cubase for Windows and macOS are fully independent app developments, which come with individual features matching the requirements of the individual platforms.
Please choose one of the export options available in Cubase to create STEMs and/or MIDI files, which then can be imported via Cubasis.
We’re constantly monitoring the options to provide an easier solution to load Cubase projects with Cubasis.
