Importing element 8 projects into elements 9

Hi everyone,

I’m fairly new to Cubase, so still trying to find my way round. Been working for a few weeks on a project in elements 8 and have just upgraded to 9, to find that the 8 project will not import into 9, is there a way round this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there

Is it possibly to do with CE9 being 64 bit ONLY and you were running CE8 in 32bit which would give plugin loading problems?

Almost certainly some sort of plugin incompatibility. Give some details about exactly what happens and what your system is.

And by importing you mean Loading, right ?
They should load.
