is there a way to import midi files into a project without having to change tempi? I use the 32bit version on RealStrat on Mac 64bit using bridge. Because of bridge I can’t “drag and drop” the patterns into tracks, so I get around this by exporting the pattern I want to the desktop and then dragging the midi file to my project. However the tempo is always changed when I do this and when I have a bunch of tempo changes this gets really diffictult.
Sorry to be so obtuse, but: are you saying you want your MIDI files, recorded at one tempo, to be placed into another project with a different tempo, but not change how they play back?
