Impossibile to entering arpeggio with or without arrow

Hello, I’m Fabrizio Fanticini and I’m working with Dorico Version 6.2.30.6245 (May 29, 2026) on a MacBook Pro M1max with OSX 26.5.1 (25F80). I wanted to report that I can’t insert the arpeggio sign, either downwards or upwards, while it is possible to insert the curved arpeggio. This happens both using the tool and through the insertion box. I also note that selecting the descending arpeggio, the chord shifts slightly, but no sign appears. Could you attach a test projectfile, with just a few bars, which show this problem?

I guess it can be caused by different things, and this way it’s easier to diagnose

Thanks TonH for your prompt reply; this is the project file and at b. 103 I wanted to insert alternating ascending and descending arpeggios in the cello and viola.

Something is off with the font definitions in this file. If I change the default music font to Bravura, I can see that bar 103 already has arpeggios on the first chord.

And if I then switch back to Leipzig, the arpeggios remain.
